Out of Network Benefits
Prime Healthcare Providers provides friendly, quality medical services to people with most types of insurances and health plans. We also welcome patients with Medicare, private indemnity, and supplemental insurance plans.
In the event that we are not on your health plan, you may be able to see us using your "out of network benefits". Please call the office to inquire about this option.
